Advantages: Swmming pool, restaurants
Disadvantages: Extra costs
Location:
Very good. Located on the strip, it is within walking distance of a lot of other hotels/ casinos. However it is towards the end of the strip, so is not the most centrally located hotel.

Rooms:
Very spacious. Two double beds come as standard. Fantastic views - the strip from the front, the golf course from the back.
Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are huge, and contain both a shower cubicle and a large bath. There are also two basins, with plenty of towels and complementary toiletries. You are also provided with wonderful bathrobes, which can be purchased (about $120) if you like them that much!

Restaurants:
There are many to choose from, all fairly expensive but excellent quality. I would recommend Red, a chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. There is a buffet restaurant and a cafe, both offering breakfasts, but can sometimes have long queues.

Casino:
Large, open all night, always busy. There is a large area with a variety of different machines, and some smaller areas for poker players. I'm not a gambler, so I can't comment too much on this.

Pluspoints:
Large swimming pool, with plenty of seating. Complimentary towels and water available as you enter the pool area.
This is not necessarily a plus point, as people's tastes differ, but the Wynn is one of the few Las Vegas hotels that doesn't have a theme, and I believe it is the highest rated non-themed hotel in the area. So some people might prefer it to some of the other places that could be seen as somewhat tacky.
Downsides:
Extra costs - the fitness centre costs approximately $25 per day. The golf course is about $500 per day (and I'm pretty sure you have to hire golf clubs on top of this, although I could be wrong.
There is no coffee-maker in the room, so if you want a coffee or tea in the morning, you would have to pay for room service. This might sound like a small complaint, but a coffeemaker with complementary tea and coffee is standard in most hotels, and I would certainly expect it in an expensive hotel, and it just seemed like another way of trying to con people out of spending more money.
Summary: Good, but I would expect more for the price.
