Base Surf lodge is located in Newquay, Cornwall just a few minutes walk from both Fistral Beach and the town centre. I visited Base Surf Lodge last year. We were having a holiday on a shoestring. Having got bargain National Express tickets down to Newquay we needed equally as budget accomodation. Hotels and B&Bs ruled out we started looking at the other breeed of lodgings in Cornwall's surf capital - surf lodges. There are many of these in and around Newquay but we found Base to be most reasonable.
