Newest Review: ... was run by a company called 'Nottingham Revive' and you could either book direct through them of via the hotel. Now I would expect from a hotel that advertises a spa for them to have a specific spa room with the candles and atmosphere etc. However, when we were greeting in reception we were took to a very dated meeting room where two massage tables had been set up. The room itself had chairs and tables stacked up the walls and meeting refreshments so it is clearly used as a meeting/storage room normally. We stayed in this hotel with a small group of friends whilst on a weekend away to Nottingham and we chose the Best Western as we know their reputation is good and the website quoted they had more facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly, could not fault the service we received here. The room and the hotel in general was also very clean. The bedrooms looked like they had recently been modernised and they were a pleasure to stay in. However, the rest of the hotel is dated.
