Advantages: Location, Service, Food Disadvantages: Restaurants can be a bit expensive.
I have stayed at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel twice and had an excellent time both times. The hotel is a superb location, close to the bars and restaurants. It is handy being near restaurants if you don't want to pay the hotel prices. Saying that if you want to treat yourself the restaurant are very nice and offer excellent food and wine. The leisure facilities are top draw with the swimming pool being the highlight. The rooms are well decorated and very spacious and clean. As with most Marriott's you get the mini bar which is handy but beware of the high prices, you can pay stupid money of just a chocolate, the rooms also offer room service with a tray charge applied to any orders. The breakfast is another highlight, so much choice of great food and you can have as much was you want. The afternoon tea is also a must to try. Summary: If you are planning to stay in Bristol, then the Marriot Royal hotel is a must! |
