Advantages: Good food, good service, good location

Disadvantages: Bad pints and can be very hard to move around at weekends as it's usually packed

For the exclusive up class stay in what feels like the an upclass London City centre hotel based here in our very own Newry City.

If you wish to stay in Newry this is the ultimate place to stay, even with close proximity to Belfast and Dublin this is a good base for business men and women.

This hotel is well much more than a hotel, if your just in Newry and fancying a nice bit of grub the Canal Court is a great spot, from the Carvery dinners to succulent sirloin steaks this place has it all. Everything is cooked to the highest standard and I have never had any complaints with the food quality. The only downside would be that when you wish to wash down your dinner with a pint, the pints are very disappointing and you woulkd be best advised to drink bottled beer here.
The service when eating also has to commended as it is again of the highest standards.

If its a night out in Newry you are after the Canal Court is ever popular with live music, Brian Kennedy has been a regular performer over the years, and Saturday nights in The Canal Court are very good, live music a dj lots of people from all around the local area and the craic is always 90.

Now for the big one, staying in this Urban Paradise. This is a place that when you walk in to the main foyer you have to have a second look to make sure you are not in a 6 star in Dubai, with the spiralling staircase and magnifgcent chandelers this is a place to behold.

The prices for this sort of quality are reasonable starting at around £80 per night and going up to around £400, that would get you up to the suites the same suites graced by Sheffield Utd FC a few years back.

If your in Newry try the Canal Court out, even if your not staying there get a bite to eat and enjoy the wonder of this place.
