Advantages: two exits for easy escape

Disadvantages: People paying for rooms before seeing them

Read the only review I could find about this hotel on this site. Hotel sounded okay, therefore decided to book for two nights. Paid the deposit of only £10 thankfully online. Arrived at the hotel, the exterior wasn't up to much, however thought we would give it a chance. At reception gave us the room key, however couldn't find our details because we booked online. While my husband waited at the reception I went up to checkout the room. I couldn't believe it; I have a thing about pillows I always check under the pillowcase to make sure their clean. Took the pillowcase of and I don’t think I've ever seen such a dirty brown pillow, it still had big stains on it from where people have been drooling in their sleep, checked out mattress, covered in stains and that was only one bed, didn't even wait to check out any others, shower cabinet still had hairs lying on the floor from previous guests and their were holes in the walls. I went back down to the reception and luckily enough my husband had not paid the remaining £130 that staying in a pigsty was going to cost us. I just felt sorry for the people that went in after us who had paid the full amount in advance. All I can say is don't believe the pictures you see on the hotel site of the rooms as believe me they look nothing like the real thing.
