Advantages: Close to airport

Disadvantages: Expensive, Unhelpful, Invisible charges

Don't whatever you do give them a credit card when you register. (Ideally don't even stay there.) They'll not only invent charges but you get no come back either. I wrote to the manager and got no reply. I wrote to the Area Manager and he was rude to me. I wrote to the CEO of the company and he ignored me. And this was the first night of my Honeymoon!

I would rather sleep in Gatwick Airport than stay at this poorly run rip-off of a hotel. And while all of the rooms are on the ground floor, it means that most people will have a long walk to get from their room to anywhere else in the hotel.

I don't care for this place either, and regard it as an extension of the waiting lounge at Gatwick.
If you have a dispute over a credit card payment, and your bill was more than £50, make it the problem of the credit card company, by indicating that an unauthorised charge has been made. If they can't back it up with an authorisation by yourself, then you get the money back. If you signed the charge, then learn by your mistake.
