The County Hotel's, grim, concrete block, looms high above Dover's grey and tired streets. It is one to avoid at all costs. The rooms are cheap (they start at £49) and safe at-least, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they where clean - and they certainly don't "Boast tasteful decor" as stated on there website. The reception is gloomy, the restaurant is DIRE, the staff are tired and don't want to be there.
