Ive now stayed in this hotel in Liverpool twice.Its located by Albert dock which is about a five minute taxi ride away from the city centre and cost about £3.50 each way. The hotel only costs £34.00 per room per night.It has a double bed in the room with a single bunk bed on top, therefore sleeps three people unless you manage to get another in the cupboard.The bed only have one pillow per person and the bedding is very hard (So watch for friction burns!!!). The Dolby is a small, cheap, family style hotel just on the outskirts of Liverpool. It is on the dock road leading in to the city right next door to the Albert dock. The rooms themselves were relatively small, with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom was quite nice, although it did have a tendancy to flood when the shower was being used, which did leak out onto the carpet just outside. Apart from that small problem, which was easily ignored, the bathroom was very nice. The hotel is blatently cheap and cheerful, which is something you shoudl bear in mind.
