We had won a 3 course Sunday Lunch at Eastwell Manor in their main Restaurant. The hotel is very grand 4 star hotel based in Ashford, Kent in luxurious grounds.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist greeted us and showed us through to the bar before going through to the restaurant. All the staff were extremley pleasant in the bar and our orders were taken. Once we got called through to the restaurant it wasn't over crowded but there was a nice feel to it.
Our food was superb. Part of us was expecting small portions then going to get a take away once we had left, but this was certainly not the case. All courses were heaven and the main was huge. There was no way we would be going to get anything else to eat after leaving or for a good few hours afterwards. We certainly recommend the Sunday Lunch!!!
It was a very miserable day when we went so we didn't get to walk around the gardens but they looked so perfect, nothing was out of place. We sat in the lounge and had our coffee and waited for our food to go down and the log fire was roaring away and the smell was so welcoming!
