Newest Review: ... have a cup of coffee and there are a few newspapers. Next to the reception you have a small room with the elevator and stairs. Although the hotel seems very small, yet it has 49 rooms and corridors. The entire building has the old style of the building, but also a modern design in terms of floor and furniture. The reception is located directly at the entrance of the hotel. It has a 24 hours reception which is very nice. At night the door were locked and the staff can only open the door. Newcastle is one of my favourite cities in England and perhaps because it so easily accessible. You can take the train but also fly to Newcastle and you're within half an hour in the centre. That is also where you encounter this hotel and it has a perfect location. The hotel is located in "Grey Street" and is within walking distance from the railway station and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. For instance it's at 10 minutes away of the Eldon Square Mall where you really can empty your wallet. The hotel is located on a busy street but you notice nothing in terms of noise.
