 ... a very small carpark, maybe 20-30 cars, not very efficenient for a 5 storey hotel. We couldnt get a space on day 2 after ebing out, we had to park in a car park, which cost £9, the hotel paid £6 of this, which was poor. Upon entry hotel was nice and modern, got elevator to our room, told floor 5 although seemed empty. Room looked like had been decorated in the 70's and not touched since. This review is discussing my experience staying at the Heritage Hotel in Derby. We booked two nights in the Heritage in Derby for £80 inc breakfast using my mums corporate account. Great value cheaper than travel lodge in the city and it includes breakfast. I used to work in the club near the hotel, and had been to the bar, very nice. Also I remeber my boss telling me £80 a room for the night, i was excited and expected luxury. The Heritage is situated on Macklin street in Derby, right bang in teh middle of city centre, so no need for taxis, however the area is not very scenic, and a bit rough.
