Toiletries were plentiful, the Hiltons usual supplier; Crabtree & Evelyn. we had conditioner, shampoo, shower/bath gel, bath tablet, body lotion, soap, shower cap, shoe shine, sewing kits - the shelves were heaving! I stayed here over a weekend in August. The hotel is situated on the busy Kilmainham Lane, and is simple to find, being a short distance from Heuston Station. There is a bus from Dublin airport to Heuston, costing around 6 euros. It takes about 45 mins. Check in was simple and the receptionist friendly, she even gave us an upgrade (usually 30 euro) with no prompting... just to be nice! Lifts take you up to the rooms. After 10pm you have to use your key card to gain access to the guest floors, i like this added security. Thanks to the upgrade the room was spacious, we had a bath & separate shower. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to dublin. the car park is under the hotel are is very secure and there is lifts to take you straight to the hotel lobby. Where a porter waits to take your bags while you check in All the staff were pleasent they couldnt do enough for you, the rooms were spacious even the basic ones, very clean and well presented The dining was excellent all the food was presented to a very high standard and the waiters had a good knowledge of the food even the room service staff knew the ingredients of most of the menu The hotel had a good selection of leflets about the local area and very happy to help with any ...
