We stayed for one night in the Dublin Airport Hilton, which is convinently situtated on the NOrthern outskirts of Dublin with easy access from the motorways. Booking online was extremely easy, and check in didn't prove to be a problem. The room was lovely and clean, and the views not too bad considering the location.

We ate in their onsite grill bar, the food wasn't too expensive and quite tasty. The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely.

My only niggle with the room is the air conditioning. Now I'm never a fan of air conditioning (no pun intended) but I understand it has its place. But it was so loud, that it probably led me to having one of the worst nights sleep. When we first arrived in the room I though it must be a washing machine down the corridor! Unfortunately though I couldn't open the windows, so had to put up with it.

Breakfast the next day was all included and we made the most of it. The variety was great and everyone would find something they could enjoy - although no porridge!

Even though we checked out at 11.30am we were still able to come back at 6pm to make use of their airport shuttle which was really useful.

Now we were lucky to book this hotel when they were running a 1/2 price offer, this made it just about good value for money. However if I was to pay full price, I don't think you really get enough for your money and wouldn't stay here at that price.

Summary: Helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere.
