As a surprise for new year, my boyfriend booked us the Hilton Docklands to stay in. It was a bit of a hassle to get to from Liverpool street but we managed fine. The Hilton London Docklands is built directly opposite Canary Wharf on the other side of the Thames, an area of massive redevelopment.
