After booking tickets to see We Will Rock You in London as a Valentine's present for my boyfriend, I then decided it would be more hassle free for us if we stayed in London overnight, rather than having to travel back to Dover after the show. I eventually decided on the Wembley Hilton Plaza after scouring the internet for a bargain. I looked at all the hotels near to the theatre and soon realised that none of these were going to be within my price range as they were about £200 a night. I decided that looking for hotels slightly out of London would be a more affordable option. After finding the Hilton website, I then looked up all the hotels in London and ... My boyfriend booked us into a room in this Hotel last September as we were going to a concert at Wembley Arena on Sunday night, and living about 1 ½ hours away from London, we didn't want to have to rush back to the train station to get home so thought it easier to spend the night. There are good and bad points about this hotel and I will tell you both! Situated in Wembley Park, the location of the hotel is perfect if you are going to the Arena for a concert for example or attending a conference at the Wembley Conference Centre or if you will be visiting the new Wembley Stadium once it has opened. It is approximately a 5 minute walk max to the Arena ... Read the complete review

I've just got back from a weekend stay at the Wembley Plaza with my boyfriend. We booked a two night stay a few months back and managed to get ourselves a good deal, £70 per night instead of £170 for a double room. The hotel website stated that check-in was 3pm yet we arrived at just after 12pm and were able to check straight in and go to our room. Check-in was hassle free and took all of about 5 minutes, the receptionist was friendly and took the time to explain all the facilities the hotel had to offer which is always a help. Our room was on the 7th floor and had a pretty good view overlooking west London. The room was small but cosy and nicely ... Read the complete review

I stopped at the Hilton Wembley Plaza at the beginning of May this year (2008). As I was going to a concert at Wembley arena I wanted a hotel nearby and the Hilton Wembley Plaza is about as close as you can get. Wembley Stadium is just behind the hotel, with the arena just a short walk down the road. Wembley Stadium Station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I booked a couple of months in advance and paid £84 a night for a Twin room. Check-in was 3pm, but I arrived just before 1pm and checked-in straight away. The staff were friendly and explained about the bar/restaurant and other hotel facilities (times etc). My room was on the 6th floor and ... Read the complete review
