Total disgusting hotel, staff inefficient and very rude, unhelpful and ignorant. Running out of Food and Beer continually. Rooms not serviced correctly and dirty. Standards are way below standard and management do nothing to enhance the image of hotel and would rather gossip with staff members while guests wait to try and order food or drinks. Do not try complain else you are made to be in the wrong and they make excuses for all the incompetance of the staff and their failings to satisfy your needs. Recommendations there are cheaper hotels in area with better trained staff and where a guest is made to feel they ae important. Best part stay was Checkout, even then when reception tried to overcharge for services not recieved normal practise l heard from other guests checking out. Stay lear of this DUMP of a hotel
