We stayed at this hotel last week as we booked a trip to a nearby theme park - Paultons Park and were pleasently suprised. Myself, Hubby and daughter who is 5 stayed in a family room and booked via the internet. The check in was quick and easy and the staff were all smiling and even talked to our little one. Clean shower, comfortable bed and tea and coffee - quick, simple and easy. We didnt want to pay too much as it was part of a bigger break in Southampton - it worked out less than £100 for the room. We were not expecting a lot as we new it was an express hotel, but for us more comfortable than Travel Lodges.
