... a moments notice with the ring of a bell situated on the desk. The rooms are typical Premier Inn rooms although the furnishings inside were all fairly new looking and co ordinated. The bedroom was quiet even though it was close to the main road and had blackout curtains so remained fairly dark even when the morning dawned. The Premier Inn in Heswall is on the main Chester Road and is in an ideal location for the town of Heswall. There is a Shell Petrol Station over the road, and a number of shops a couple of hundred yards down the road inluding bars, restaurants, banks, tesco and M & S. It is situated right next door to the Glegg Arms, a large typical Beefeater eatery, on a main roundabout. The Premier Inn has its own free carpark for customer use. The reception area, although rather small is large enough to do its job. There is an abundance of tidily kept leaflets giving information on local attractions, a small table and chairs.
