There are lots and lots of Hotels in Basingstoke, and having worked or stayed in many of them, i get the insiders view. If it's cheap and cheerful your after, why not try The Travel Inn, i know Travel Inn's are all over the country but lets face it, their great value for money as you pay for the room, not per person. It is situated next to a beefeater restaurant called 'the spruce goose' which serve excelent hearty meals at great prices. The rooms are clean and commfortable and the staff are very friendly.
