Newest Review: ... by people in the corridor or surrounding rooms. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel did seem to employ a lot of youngsters and often when we were making enquiries these younger members of the staff could not always answer our questions and had to go and find a more senior member of staff. This was not a major problem, but perhaps a bit more staff training would not go amiss. There are a number of bars around the hotel, some of which also sell food. This Jarvis hotel is situated a few miles from the centre of the city of Gloucester. The hotel is a modern building set in very spacious surroundings and is combined with a Country Club. There is ample free parking space at the front of the hotel. There are 107 bedrooms and although the rooms are not enormous they are very comfortable and clean. Every room is en-suite and has a satellite TV, a hairdryer, a radio, a trouser press, a telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.
