Sedgemoor Heights, 46 Bodmin Road, St Austell - Advantages: Flexible, Personal Service - will accommodate most requirements, Freedom to come and go with own key, Good room & Very comfortable bed - £30pppn, Excellent views, Close to town, 10mins from the Station - Disadvantages: Not impersonal like a hotel - some may prefer this, no toiletries in bathroom, don't try to contact by email - you will get what you want quicker by phone
