After booking 3 months in advance, we asked to leave our luggage with the hotel until the evening. On returnthat evening, we were led away from the hotel (that had been booked and paid for) to another hotel, that did not offer the same standard of accomodation. When trying to seek resolution of this with the staff for three days running, we were fobbed off with -the manager is not available-. I would not book or prepay at this ...
