INTRODUCTION
Better than the Ritz? Better than the Savoy? Yes!
It's won many awards. Most recently is the 'Best Hotel of the Year' award by London's Tourist Council. This 5* hotel is located on Marylebone Road, just down the road from Madame Tussauds and has Marylebone station on the opposite side of the hotel.

CHECKING-IN
Check-in starts at 2 PM
As expected, they will take your luggage. If you take the car, they will park for you. Then after checking in at reception, you will be shown up to your room.

THE ROOM
These rooms are the largest in London, averaging 55 square metres. The have large marble bathrooms with a spearate bath and shower. They also have a satellite television with internet access, on command movies, playstation games and interactive services (view your bill/express check-out). Each room has three telephone lines with a fax machine and voicemail. There is also a broadband internet dataport for laptops. The room is beutifully decorated. Other features include two minibars and and in-room safe.

THE FOOD
The food is brilliant. Some of the highest quality food you can get, but it's at a price
The hotel boasts restaurants/bars: The Winter Garden, The Cellars Bar and The John Burton-Race. The Winter Garden is open all day serving breakfast, lunch, tea & dinner. The Cellars bar serves many beers and english food all day. The John Burton-Race is a world renowned restaurant that serves french haute cuisine by one of britains most talented chefs. This restaurant was featured on 'Food & Drink'

THE SPA & HEALTH CLUB
Another wonderful looking part of the hotel! It features a 15 metre swimming pool and a wirlpool. In each of the two changing rooms there is a sauna & steam room. Of course you'd expect a gym, which there is... a very good one, in fact! You can food serve to you at your poolside tabl

e/sunbed . This is one of the best health clubs available...

CONCIERGE
Again, they are some of the best concierge people you can get in London! They can arrange anything from sending a letter to booking a restaurant & limosine.

CHECKING-OUT
Here check out is by 12 PM this is very easy to do. You could do it normally at reception or you could do it via TV using the expess checkout option.

CONCLUSION
I love this hotel all over and I am proud to write they are the best hotel in London. The only downside is that, like everyting, it's very expensive. Except for that, you couldn't do any better!
