I have just returned from a weekend at the Mar Hall Hotel, Bishopton and I just had to write a review to let you know of this beautiful hotel's existence. To be honest I had never heard of the place until friends suggested a weekend break which also included 2 hours of treatments in the spa attached to the hotel. The hotel is 5 star and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Glasgow city centre or, if arriving by plane, about 10 minutes from Glasgow airport. If you are wealthy enough to have your own helicopter then the hotel can accommodate you too as it has a helipad in the grounds.
