 ... and are clean. If you are on the river side and high enough up (6th floor and above) you can get some great views across Glasgow. The hotel was due for a major rooms refurbishment at the start of this year so hopefully most of the 'tierd' issues have been resolved. The restaurant was of adequate standard and the staff in this area were foreign with English a difficulty for some. I occassionaly work in Glasgow City Centre so the Glasgow Marriott is ideally situated right bang in the middle of Glasgow and just off the M8 motorway. The hotel is typically a concreate and brick building so no prizes for the external looks. Inside the reception and bar areas are light and airy with a typical city hotel style. All the receptionists I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly and most are fluent in a number of foreign languages.
