The swimming pool is huge, by far the largest pool of any of the Marriott's I have stayed in. The restaurants offer different varieties of food and there are a couple to choose from depending on your budget. If you don't want to pay the hotel prices for food there is a Brewers Fayre in walking distance and a couple of pubs and restaurants a few minutes drive away. It is set outside the main city centre but is only a few miles away from the Trafford Centre which is worth a visit if you are staying. Overall ... more

The Marriott Worsley Park Hotel and Country Club in Manchester is an excellent hotel. The rooms are well decorated and very modern, I believe this hotel is used by many of the premiership football teams when they have a game in the area, this show that it is of height standard. The swimming pool is huge, by far the largest pool of any of the Marriott's I have stayed in. It's relatively rare that I stay in a hotel for business and am so impressed that I want to go back and spend my own time and money staying there again. I have used the Marriott Worsley Park and Country Club for both business and pleasure and I recommend it highly. When and Why? **************** My husband has his birthday in January and our wedding anniversary is in March so we like to try and go away for a weekend sometime in February. Last year we booked a weekend deal through one of Marriott's adverts in the national press.
