This friendly B&B is situated on Fulford Road, about 10-15 minutes walk out of the city centre (it's also on a bus route, and fairly handy for the university). It's your typical converted Victorian house, decorated in the usual B&B style with lots of patterned wallpaper and carpet in the hall, and loads of pictures on the walls. It all feels quite nice and homely. The twin room I shared with my friend wasn't overly big, having a compact en-suite in one corner, but it was simply decorated (not too flouncy/chintzy) and the bed was comfy.
