When Dave got his latest contract here in Edinburgh he initially contacted the place that he had rented in previous years only to find that it was not available so he needed to find something else. His preference was to rent somewhere rather than staying in a hotel as it gives him more freedom when he is there at weekends. He found a website for a company called Edlets at www.edlets.com where he found an ideal flat and paid his deposit. Sadly we then found out that the person letting out the flat was acting on behalf of a friend who had also got a tenant so Dave was (almost) back where he started from.
