Not a deluxe hotel perhaps, but very good quality and value all the same. We always tend to stay in Travel Inn's. They are a good standard of accomodation - ensuite with bath and shower, tv, tea / coffee facilites, nicely done rooms. The standard price is 40 pounds, but "metro" ones in cities are now 46 pounds. Breakfast is on top but as a tip, we find the continental breakfast more than enough - you get toast / croissant, tea / coffee, plus can help yourself to cereal, grapefruit segments, yoghurts, fruit, and fruit juice.
