The Paramount Hotel Group currently owns 16 hotels in England, Scotland and Wales. Each hotel is unique and has been modernised whilst retaining the original character of the building. They all offer a choice of rooms – the standard room or the Premium room which enjoys extras such as fresh fruit, mineral water, Neutrogena toiletries, mints, newspaper and fluffy bathrobes to use for the duration of your stay, and some hotels also have suites. Most of the hotels have leisure facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, solarium, spa, squash courts, sauna, massage area and beauty salon. If you join the Leisure Break club at a cost of £10 for life membership, you can enjoy discounted breaks at any of the Paramount hotels. You also get £50 worth of vouchers redeemable against the cost of your stay. Well, that completes our whistle stop tour of the hotels within the Paramount chain. I have tried to give a brief description of each just to give a flavour for the type of facilities that they offer and the locations that they enjoy. My partner and I have been members of the Leisure Break Club for a couple of years now and have visited some but nowhere near all of the hotels. I intend to do in depth opinions of each of the hotels as we visit them. Maybe Paramount would sponsor me?
