The thing we liked was back then Ireland was already non smoking in public places so none of the bars were filled with smoke which meant it was very nice to go in the pubs.  ... Irish craic! Where the holiday homes are it is about 10 minutess drive to the city centre of waterford and in the day we went in to town to have a look around. Again there are a lot of shops and nice bars and restaurants and I would recommend a small bar...more

I stayed here back in November of 2004 with my husband and our friend. We stayed in a 2 bedroom home which was more than adequate on space for the 3 of us. Originally there was 4 of us but unfortunately our friend and his girlfriend had split up but even so there still would have been bags of space for the four of us! Even though quite some time ago now it would still be a useful review for anyone looking at holiday homes in Ireland Location: Excellent. The holiday homes are in an area called Tramore, which in the summer is very busy. The homes are set just a few hundred yards from the beach and a small amusement arcade.
