Newest Review: ... a head. To the left of reception and behind the desk area was the entrance to the 'Splashers' leisure club. When you check in you are given the access code number for the door. This is where you will find the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym. There is also a small book exchange/library there for guests. The leisure are has specific times when families can use the pool and other times when no children are allowed. Children under 16 MUST be accompanied at all times by an adult and if like us you forget to bring your towel you can hire one for £1 a day!! Pine Lake Resort, Carnforth, Lancashire We had a very busy time in early December as not only did we have our week end away in Altringham with friends but the next weekend we spent in London and then we drove straight up to Pine Lake for a few days to stay in the chalets there and explore the area. Pine Lake is one of the Diamond Resorts places and as I made a big boo boo this year and forgot to bank our points we had some that had to be used this year.
