Premier Inn in Caernarfon is a new hotel situated in the Victoria Dock area of the town. It is easily found situated just off the A487 main road through Caernarfon (turn by Morrisons!). Despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend when I stayed there, the check-in was swift. There were 2 people already in front of me and only 1 person on reception at the time, but I didn't have long to wait (There was seating if people prefered to sit while they waited, but I didn't feel the need to).
