There are disabled and family rooms situated on the ground floor so no worries about access there. Once at the top of the stairs and through the heavy fire door was a long corridor with rooms on either side. The area was clean an uncluttered and we found our rooms easily.

<<<HOW TO GET THERE>>. From junction 5 of the M180 take A180 towards Grimsby. The hotel is located on the the 2nd exit from the first roundabout on the A180. The hotel is on an industrial estate but is fairly easy to spot from the road. <<<PRICES>>> The hotel has 59 rooms and prices are Monday- Thursday £59 per room per night and Friday-Sunday £52 per room per night. <<<BOOKING>>> We booked online and found the website easy to use and located the hotel we wanted very quickly.
