The main lobby had a good atmosphere and the good thing is that the restaurants and coffee shop open late. The food wasn't that great - tasted like cheap pub food that had come from the microwave. The bed was OK, but the bed in the Sheraton Skyline was so much more comfortable. We had a baby with us so we did not use the bus service, but used the taxi. They were truly excellent. +The best Premier inn + This is the one they use on the advert with Lenny Henry. I stayed here back in April on my trip to Paris from T5. This hotel is really big and it's newly opened up. * Location * Perfect Location only a short distance from LHR terminals so it's great if you have a flight. *getting there* You can get to this hotel by the hopper bus which takes about 10 mins and is £8 return. *price* This cost me and my friend £100 for 1 night. Very reasonable for a airport hotel I think. It's a basic room so it's a good price. * The room* It's basic but is very nice. The bed was really comfortable ... Read the complete review
