Newest Review: ... did move us. The main lobby had a good atmosphere and the good thing is that the restaurants and coffee shop open late. The food wasn't that great - tasted like cheap pub food that had come from the microwave. The bed was OK, but the bed in the Sheraton Skyline was so much more comfortable. We had a baby with us so we did not use the bus service, but used the taxi. They were truly excellent. A well-presented driver took us to the terminal in no time. The service was good and the location is great. We got a cheap room, but it smelt of paint and so we asked to move. The staff were good and they did move us. The main lobby had a good atmosphere and the good thing is that the restaurants and coffee shop open late. The food wasn't that great - tasted like cheap pub food that had come from the microwave. Stayed here prior to an early morning flight to New York. London transport offer a free bus service within an certain radius of the airport (if you check on heathrow's website there are maps and bus info available). The bus drops you off just outside the hotel which is great. We paid £85 for the night, for two of us, including the buffet breakfast (which was very good and had a great choice when we got there at just after 6am!). The room was a little better than the regular Premier Inn rooms and was very quiet to say how near to the runway you are. Didn't use any of the restaurant/bars in the evening as we got their quite late and had an early start but they seemed .  Read the complete review
