The Premier Inn is not somewhere I have had to stay in the past but since I have started my new job I have found myself there more and more. You see this is works best supplier for a hotel for value and quality. I had my doubts due to it being advertised as budget hotel and very low price but now I have been a few times I have to say I think they are great and here is why.

So you will probably recognise the premier inn logo and the big purple signs purely from the adverts claiming that everything is premier but the price. They have been everywhere lately. The good thing about this chain of hotels is that there is a lot of them and you should be able to find one where ever you are planning to travel. In fact there are 500 you can choose from.

The chain are budget and you can usually get a room for about £50 a night which is not that bad at all really. Now if I explain the general appearance of all Premier Inns. They have good signage and good car parks the ones I have been to have. You can always find them as everything about them is purple down to the curtains and the staff (clothes not skin just to be clear).

When you walk into one you immediately get reception which is a small area where there are always staff on hand. If you are arriving late at night you can press the buzzer on the desk and somebody will always come out to you. Then you have doors leading from reception to the rooms and the halls are always clean and tidy and the doors are well signed for numbers so you can always find where you are going.

Coming on to the rooms and they are very simple with tea and coffee making facilities and a wardrobe for clothes. Then there is a bed, sofa, bathroom, desk, TV with freeview and that is about it. It is basically everything you would need from a place where you are just going to sleep.

The premier Inns also usually have a pub on site where you can go for food all day every day. This is also where breakfast is served.

So we know the price of the rooms are cheap but what about food. Well everyone I have been to and food has been normal restaurant prices. The last meal I had was this hug e burger which was £7.99 and filled me up loads. Breakfast is £7.50 and massive so you can eat until you are completely full up which is what I usually do as the croissants are fantastic!!

What else can I tell you. Well beds are comfortable, staff are always friendly in my opinion and for a budget chain they give you everything you could need. I have never had a problem with a premier inn. They even sell small essentials packs if you have forgotten anything like your toothbrush which are about a fiver. Water is always hot in the rooms they are always warm and everything is cosy and purple which is nice.

I have to say for a budget hotel you do feel like you are getting fantastic value for money and I have had such nice stays that I would recommend everybody go to a premier inn if they need one. The website will tell you which hotel is nearest to you and how much rooms are and they are always well located and easy to find.
