Premier Inn - Macclesfield North.
I recently went to a wedding at Adlington Hall and stayed at the Premier Inn at Tytherington. I knew the type of accommodation available, as I have stayed in a number of their establishments over the years. Firstly, I booked the accommodation required over the internet. This was very easy to do you just put in the name of the place you want to stay and the dates and they will tell you of the availabilty. You then simply follow the instructions on screen. If the hotel you have chosen has not got the accommodation required, it gives you alternatives within the area. Alternatively you could contact customer services on 0870242 8000. They are open from 8am to 8pm. Mon to Sat and 9 am. - 8 pm. on Sundays. The cost varies between £55 - £65 per room depending on the requirements. For that amount you get a clean room with a comfy bed, ensuite bathroom, remote controlled TV and tea and coffee making facilities. You also get an hairdryer and in some establishments internet access. Accommodation on offer includes single, double and family rooms so there is plenty of choice.
We booked a breakfast also, which is an extra cost of £7.50 each but you can eat as much as you like including fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast all of which you pay extra for at the Little Chef. You can also have as much tea/coffee as you like. You then choose what you want for your cooked breakfast and how you would like your eggs.including fried, boiled,scrambles or poached. The added bonus is that children under 16 eat FREE when one adult pays for a full breakfast. There is also a choice of a continental breakfast if required.
The staff were very friendly and the booking in desk is manned 24 hours so if there is any problems there is always someone on hand.
Other meals are also served in the restaurant whether a quick snack or a full 3 course dinner all at reasonable prices.
Premier Inn are so confident that they can offer a really relaxing break that they have a 'Good Night Guarantee' where you get a refund if you are not happy with the accommodation.
Excellent value for money and well worth a stay if you are in the Macclesfield area.
