This hotel is located just off the M1 at J28. It is physically joined to a Brewers Fayre and in the same business park as a Touchbase (office / meeting room to hire facility). On the opposite side of the road is a more expensive Hotel called the Derbyshire; formally called The Renaissance under the previous owners Marriott (I'll hopefully give a review of that shortly as I've just suggested it to Dooyoo). You may (or may not) have noticed from my hotel reviews that I seem to stay in this area of the UK a fair amount.
