Advantages: clean, tidy, friendly, best night sleep ever
I stayed at premiere inn on a 3night stay in Manchester, my expectations wasn't too high as it was so cheap, as everyone knows you can get the £29 a night deal which is what I managed to get for the 3 nights which was for 2 people I was just amazed as when I arrived it was in proximity of everywhere it was a 10minute walk from the train station, shops and only 5minutes from restaurants and from the bus station I was really amazed at how close it was to everything for such a low price.
On arrival I was greeted very politely and they helped me with check in as it was my first time of staying there they explained everything that we needed to know such as the check in process which only took 5minutes to our card key. The staff member also said if we needed anything all we had to do was ask as there a 24hour reception service. Now the rooms were lovely nice clean and tidy, you god fresh towels everyday which were nice and sofa they even provided us with a shower/hair shampoo which did smell really nice I thought that this was a very nice touch as it saves guests bring their own and it did wash my hair and body nicely. There is a bath and shower which is good as I like the option. The bed was the most comfy bed that I had ever sat/sleep in once I got in I didn't not want to get out it was always a struggle having to leave it in the morning as it was just so comfy and really soft against my skin, we both got a perfect night's sleep, didn't wake up once like I normally do. The rooms also come with TV which has free view on which means you can watch what you want there is also the option of room service which we decided not to as we wanted to eat out all the time and experience Manchester more and there was a full length mirror and hairdryer. All the facilities in the room where to a high standards.
Whenever we left the room the receptionist always greeted us which is not something you always receive, we also on a couple of occasions asked about places to eat, what bus to get to go to Trafford centre and for directions and the staff were always happy to help, on the last day we wasn't leaving Manchester until 7pm so we asked if they had somewhere to keep our cases and of course they did from the start of our stay to the end we received excellent customer service this has also happened when we stayed in other premiere inns since defiantly good value for money!
Summary: good value for money would recommend to anyone
