Advantages: Views, close to attractions, good breakfast!

Disadvantages: Probably the views from the back/side of the building

Having stayed at The Queen's Hotel a few years back and a little more recently, I can certainly notice the changes from their refurbishment. As you walk through the door, the hotel oozes a serene style which makes you forget you're actually right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Close to the Pier, on the main seafront road and just around the corner from a newly-popular area of bars, you would expect a different-feeling hotel!

The rooms can be as cheap as the Travelodge in Brighton, if you do your research of course, yet it's a world away! The rooms have kept the elegance they had before, except are more simple and contemporary now. The deep baths and big, very comfortable beds remain.

Breakfast is a vast choice and served over a good range of time to accomodate everybody. The leisure centre has also been redone since my last visit, now a sauna, pool, gym and steam room, although I'm not exactly sure what was there before. The pool, whilst not the biggest, is perfect temperature and looks like ones you see in top 5star hotels.

Summary: Comfy place to stay, relaxing
