Central and Cheap (Regent Palace Hotel London)
Member Name: vintage_laurie
Advantages: really convenient location Disadvantages: a little worn (but not bad for the price)
We booked through lastminute.com for two nights at this hotel in march, paying about £35 a night for a double room without bathroom. The hotel is 2*, with cafes and bars on the ground floor. However, the main reason we booked the hotel was that my OH had plans - without me :( - both nights, so we wanted somewhere central, so I would be safe walking back to alone and so that I wouldn't have to travel too far. Summary: Great location, good for the price. |
