Travelodge Aberdeen Central:
... Travelodge Aberdeen Central* I picked this hotel because of the great location. Location/Getting there The hotel is on one of the main shopping streets in Aberdeen and a shopping centre is part of the same building. It is about a 10 minute walk away from the bus station so it is a good hotel to stay in if you want the centre of Aberdeen. Reception/staff The reception area is not on the ground floor so you have to ... Read the full review: Cheap hotel in Aberdeen by katie29 |

Duchally Country Estate (Gleneagles) ... Having been fortunate enough to have stayed at Duchally Country Estate on a number of occasions now, I feel it is time to share my experience with the world. Where Is It? Set in the beautiful and tranquil Perthshire countryside, Duchally is a stones throw from Gleneagles, Auchterarder. About an hours drive from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and only 15 minutes from Perth, it is conveniently located for many tourist attractions. What Is It? Duchally Estate consists of a 4 star hotel and 55 five star self catering lodges with set in 27 acres of green and leafy grounds. I have never stayed in the hotel and this review relates solely to the self catering lod... Read the full review: Duchally...Luxury Lodges at Credit Crunch Prices!! by carcraig |

Le Monde Boutique Hotel (Edinburgh) ... Would I go back? I would go back for something to eat and drink the next time I m in Edinburgh, but I doubt I would stay again. Despite the hotel being decorated to a very high standard, a few small things did let the hotel down, such as the lack of tea. The room was expensive; however you are paying for the experience of the themed rooms. In saying that, I ve always said I ll take my partner to New York - perhaps a stay at the New York suite at Le Monde may be more affordable than the real Big Apple. De Vere Barony Castle (Scottish Borders) ... have been fortunate enough to stay in this wonderful hotel several times now and thought we would like to review it so that anyone who is considering a visit to the borders, or who is maybe planning a journey to Scotland from the south could benefit from what we have discovered. We first stayed there in April about three years ago when our daughter was working on a hill farm nearby delivering lambs and it was the first time she had done this in her vet training, so we thought we would visit her and tour around the area. We found the hotel by looking on the website dedicated to De Vere s which you can find at: www.deverevenues.co.uk. From the dropdown menu on the ri...
