I would utterly recommend it for social and business travel as it is right next door to the eXcel conference centre in London.
The rooms are the old cabins (as one would expect) of a yacht and they are gorgeous. They had left the old drinks cabinet in ours so we had a fabulous array of glasses to choose from.
The decor is really soft, each room has a balcony which you can sit out on at night and enjoy a glass of wine.
The bathroom is simple but nicely done - clean, white porcelain all around.

The Other Half (TOH) and I managed to book this last year for a bargain price for an extended weekend break in London. We got the bed and breakfast booking for a total of four days for £150! Although it may appear to be a little out of the way, it is right on the Docklands Light Railway with a regular service and also a bus service in case there are railway delays which we did have as there were upgrades to the network when we were there.
