Express Review on The Angel Hotel (Bourne)

I booked a room for my parents New Years Eve and they stayed their for 3 nights. For the first two nights they had no central heating and considering they are OAP'S this was not good, and as a result of the cold they have been very ill. They did complain to the manager who was not interested at all and no apology, just sarcastic remarks. Breakfast time was a joke it was meant to be between 7 and 10.00am, but the chef decided not to turn up intil 9.00am. Be warned there is no security at the hotel, which was left opened all night with no staff at reception, so anyone could walk in and out. What a terrible experience and my dad had to fight to get one nights refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, stay there at your own risk.
