Me and my partner stayed at The Neo a few weeks ago. The Neo is a small 'boutiquey' hotel with a total of 9 rooms which have all been personally decorated by the owner. Location: The Neo is in a fairly good location. Although it is not incredibly close to Brighton Pier (the main/most famous Palace one), it is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The Neo is however much closer to the shopping area of Brighton and more specifically an area called the 'The Lanes'. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the centre of town by foot and was really quite a pleasant walk.
