Newest Review: ... (3 of us) booked a table for last Friday (a week in advanced) at 7pm. We arrived just after 6.30pm and our table was ready in the 1st dining room. They were expecting a party of 15 at 8pm in the 2nd dining room (although that didn't affect us). We ordered our drinks at the bar and the barman (although I think he's the manager/owner) set up a tab for us as he knew we would be eating. We were handed menus (printed trifold leaflets, handy as we could take them home with us as I did for a colleague) and we moved into the dining room to sit down. The Stiperstones Inn is a quaint pub situated in the Stiperstones village, nestled in the Shropshire hills. It provides accommodation as well as food & drink. I have only ever been in the pub at weekends, but whatever the time it always seems to be busy. However, it won't be long before you're served as the staff are very efficient. I would also recommend phoning beforehand to book a table if you wish to eat (at a weekend, anyway). Although, I have popped in and ordered bar food without a problem.
