Newest Review: ... The barman went off i turned to read some literature on the wall regarding the Inn whilst he fetched the drinks. As i turned the barman was throwing a Guinness can in the bin and presented me with a two thirds full pint glass with the contents in! At this point i said "don't you have it on draught" as their was a draught tap at the bar. He said "no!". At this point i said "i would rather of had a draught beer instead of" which in reply i got a grunt! He then went off got the glass of Chardonnay which he pored at the fridge and never showed us the bottle! We were then handed the bill which we paid. Not sure why ... more

Myself and parter popped into the Three Horseshoes Inn today for a nice sunday afternoon drink and to relax for and hour before picking up the kids from a friends house. We was greeted at the bar and asked what we would like to drink, my partner asked for a glass of chardonnay and i asked for a Guinness. Fantastic, my husband and i live a few miles from this delightful pub. A pretty building with plenty of character.Friendly service, not intrusive but attentive.A beautiful garden with breathtaking views of the chilterns,with a quirky sunken telephone box with a water feature in a pond. Plenty of parking , a field for overspills if needs be. As you walk into the pub via a small wooden door you enter a pretty interior with natural wood and farrow and ballish green sage walls. A roaring fire on the left as you head towards the bar,the restuarant area is spacious and there are pretty doors that open up to the outside garden, i can't wait to come here in the summer. A ...
