Thistle Bloomsbury Hotel London

Beautiful hotel/reception, not bad rooms but BAD views and even worse customer service skills! We stayed at the Thistle Bloomsbury Hotel in July this year, they have just refurbished some of the rooms. First of all we were located in an old room located at the back of the Hotel with no views or basically a view of a window. The room was very dark and we asked for a non smoking family room and it was definitely smelling of smoke. Being a non smoking family we immediately pick up on these smells.
