 ... different one further into Yeadon (that I later found out had changed ownership to Premier Inn !!) Therefore believing it would have a restuarant / bar area!! Oh dear how wrong I was. The food / snacks available in front of me was all the place could offer the hungry traveller who arrived at the door. My heart sank. ~~~~ Travelodge Leeds/ Bradford Airport ~~~~ A clean, well- presented hotel that provided excellent accommodation for a modest price. Having been delayed by over an hour I was fed-up, tired and hungry. I had booked a standard room through the web-site months before-handed thinking it was the hotel nearer to Yeadon. This Travel lodge is a fairly new establishment to the area and is literally a 5 mins walk from Leeds Bradford airport on Whitehouse Lane, Yeadon. Plans for a weekend break to Bradford (yes, really) arose from a Travelodge promotion in which room prices started at just £5 a night. I was looking for ideas for the OH's birthday and wanted a destination that wasn't too far away and where the Travelodge wasn't in the middle of nowhere; Bradford seemed possible. Although I wasn't able to get the cheapest rate, I was happy enough with a charge of £19 per night for the room. While this Travelodge isn't "in the middle of nowhere", neither is it in the centre of the city.
